The Madison County Sheriff's Office will accept your application at any time. This application is available right here on our website in PDF format. You can fill out the form and submit it to our office all on your computer or fill it out and print it and mail it to our office. The application must be filled out in its entirety. There are no exceptions to this requirement. If we receive a partially filled out application it will be rejected. Included in the application is a page giving consent to release personal information to our office for the purpose of completing a background check.
